Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide to Using the 99jitu Platform

1 Definitions & Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the website, mobile application, and all services provided under the 99jitu.ws domain. "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account with 99jitu. "Bet" refers to any wager placed with real money through our platform across all available sports and games. "Winnings" refers to the amount paid out to a member as a result of a successful bet.

All communications between 99jitu and our members will be conducted in Bahasa Melayu or English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translation in another language and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail. 99jitu reserves the right to update these definitions and interpretations from time to time in accordance with platform operational requirements.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use 99jitu's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of account registration.
• Be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.
• Must not have had an account previously closed or suspended by 99jitu for a terms violation.
• Must not be currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme at 99jitu.

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your account. 99jitu reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to validate the information provided. Failure to supply the requested documents may result in account suspension or closure, as well as the withholding of any available balance pending completion of the review.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Fund Management

All financial transactions at 99jitu are conducted exclusively in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) using approved payment methods. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow Transfer, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost eWallet, FPX Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks.

The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, 99jitu reserves the right to set deposit limits for specific accounts based on risk assessment or at the member's own request as part of our responsible gaming programme.

Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the following conditions:

• A member's identity must be verified before their first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a method registered under the member's own name — no third-party transfers are permitted.
• If a bonus has been claimed, all associated wagering requirements must be fully met before any related winnings can be withdrawn.
• 99jitu reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount as an anti-money laundering precaution.

Withdrawal processing times are typically between 5 and 30 minutes, depending on the chosen payment method and amount requested. 99jitu is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4 Betting Rules & Outcome Determination

All bets accepted by 99jitu are final once confirmed by our system. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of every bet you place before submitting it. 99jitu will not reverse any confirmed bet except in cases where a clear technical error has demonstrably affected the bet acceptance process.

For sporting events, the official results issued by the relevant sports governing body will be used to determine bet outcomes. For any dispute regarding match results, the decision announced by the relevant sports authority — for example FIFA for football, BWF for badminton, or ICC for cricket — is final.

99jitu reserves the right to void any bet in the event that:

• A clear technical error in the odds setting has occurred.
• The match or event in question has been cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe.
• Evidence of fraud or match-fixing has been confirmed by the relevant sports governing body.
• Bets accepted after a match has started due to a technical system error.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

99jitu offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiplier – for example, a 5x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 5 times in real bets before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms. Only winnings generated from bonus use, after wagering requirements have been fully met, may be withdrawn by members. 99jitu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system – including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, matched betting to fulfil bonus requirements, or any strategy clearly intended to exploit promotions – will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, account closure, and forfeiture of any existing balance.

6 Member Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

As a 99jitu member, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised technical means to access or operate the platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage 99jitu's systems and infrastructure.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Using the 99jitu platform for any form of money laundering or illegal financing activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes for mutual gain.
• Using the platform while enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme.

Any violation of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, including account suspension, a thorough investigation, seizure of funds associated with suspicious activity, and, where applicable, appropriate legal action.

7 99jitu Liability Limits

99jitu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business disruption, even if 99jitu has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

99jitu does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We will make every effort to ensure platform availability at all times; however, scheduled maintenance, system updates, or unforeseen technical disruptions may occur from time to time. 99jitu is not liable for any betting losses arising from technical disruptions where the bet in question could not be confirmed in our system.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your 99jitu account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, please ensure all available balances have been withdrawn and that no bets remain active. 99jitu will process account closures within 5 business days.

99jitu reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms & conditions set out in this document.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicious activity indicating fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, 99jitu reserves the right to hold and forfeit any balance in the account concerned, following a thorough investigation and a final decision being reached.

9 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

99jitu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the 99jitu platform after any changes to the terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the new terms come into effect.

10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to 99jitu's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform, bets placed, or related payments must first be addressed through 99jitu's internal complaints process before any further action is taken.
